Job Responsibilities:


§  Be the client contact for all credit requests and business opportunities and be the ultimate problem escalation point,

§  Maintaining close coordination with customers as well as the Bank’s Operation and Product departments. Ensure customer satisfaction (i.e. the seamless delivery of value-added services/products),

§  Develop a thorough understanding of customer needs (to identify, explore and capture new business opportunities and credit opportunities) through frequent and active calling to meet calls target (5 calls a week including credit calls),

§  Meet assigned revenue and profitability targets (i.e. RORC and Rev/RAP) through credit extensions, and cross selling of non-lending products,

§  Engage product partners, global network to identify opportunities and to position / market certain products / services with clients – i.e. TTS, FX,

§  Develop an effective network of contacts within the bank globally, including PAMs, Product Specialists and Peers. Be the interface between GSG clients and PAM and RAM team at Parent level,

§  Coordinate credit requests  to global network, provide support and guidance for pricing and documentation negotiation,

§  Coordinating relationship reviews with PAM, service and Risk Management whenever it is necessary,

§  Ensure that credits are appropriately monitored, that annual reviews are completed on a timely basis and ensure a high quality credit portfolio at all times especially by completing credit follow ups as per target date set,

§  Coordinate credit requests and approvals as appropriate (Product, GSG, Bankers, CRMS, Risk) including legal opinions, CCP checklists, booking unit, waivers, contacts with agent and CRI initiation,

§  Negotiation and co-ordination of various credit and support documentation as appropriate. Ensure proper monitoring of credit covenant and documentation files,

§  Meet the customer documentation standards and ensure full documentation review when deemed necessary,

§  Ensure accuracy and quality of customer data base information in AMC, CDMS and CIS, Ensure that the bank’s credit, compliance and other applicable operations policies (e.g. MIFT) are adhered to and respected,

§  Responsible for coordinating client relationship due diligence process, AML and CADD processes. All CADDs to be approved on time with no exceptions.

§  Preparation for ARR/FCR and the enhanced due diligence required for the bank and local classification,

§  Ensure satisfactory results on internal audits,

§  Act as back up to other RM customers

Required Knowledge:

§  Knowledge of Bank Corporate products

§  Client account management experience

§  Extensive Client/account management experience required

§  Experience in the Corporate Finance processes and products preferred

§  Minimum bachelor degree in Finance

§  Fluency of French and English

Required Skills:

§  Strong communication and presentation skills essential

§  Able to build strong internal and external relationships

§  Strong quantitative and analytical skills

§  Strong financial analysis skills including experience in financial and business case modeling

§  Capacity to adapt quickly to new environment
