Customer Business Development (CBD) is a worldwide P&G multi-functional strategy to deliver forecasted brand volume and profit by working cooperatively with our individual customers to build their sales, market share and profits. CBD selling is conceptual, data-based technology driven and multi-functional.

You may influence our Key Customers (Hypermarkets, Cash & Carry, Wholesalers, and Supermarkets) decisions in critical business areas by using conceptual selling techniques and data-based presentations. This involves developing assortment, shelving, pricing and merchandising activities, based on consumer research that gives us insight into what drives shopper purchase behavior.

As a CBD Intern, you will:

  • manage a key accounts section consisting of International Chains, Wholesalers and Supermarkets
  • be responsible for delivering volume and leadership in-store presence (influence shoppers at the first moment of truth)
  • identify business building opportunities for our brands and sell persuasively
  • Build partnership with our customers
  • 3 to 6 months internship
  • Student of Top engineering or business School
  • Active in extracurricular activities
  • Strong skills in leadership, and excellent in communication.
  • Good command of English, French & Arabic language
  • Interpersonal skills and team orientation
  • Willingness and ability to deliver breakthrough results
