About Monitor Group

Monitor is a leading global strategy consulting firm focused on helping organisations grow in the ways that are most important to them. With over 1,400 consultants in offices in five continents, Monitor works in virtually all industry sectors, with local and national governments, and non-profit organisations of all shapes and forms.
Through our 25 years of experience helping leading organisations around the world achieve exceptional growth, we have developed a point of view on what it takes, and have built our firm around it. We understand that growth requires management to make critical choices and to build the organisation’s capability to act. To that end, we have developed leading-edge methods that address both what to do and how to do it in the areas we think are critical to growth: corporate and business unit strategy, marketing and sales, organisation and leadership, innovation, economic development, and how to embed capabilities in organisations.
Our focus on accelerating growth applies not just to our clients but also to our people. Similar to the needs of our clients, we focus on tailoring our people’s developmental paths to their individual needs and objectives. Therefore, our concept of meritocracy is a function of each individual’s ability to demonstrate their capabilities, regardless of tenure. We seek to instil in our consultants a global business perspective across multiple disciplines and are committed to supporting their journeys to establish unique leadership profiles. This is achieved through providing a mix of on-the-job learning experiences and formal training programs at critical career inflection points.
We are a truly global organization, not a network of office-based fiefdoms, and are therefore able to offer our people an unparalleled set of opportunities to work seamlessly across our offices worldwide.
